Questions about the app

Is the HostMF Cloud app free?

Yes. The download is free on Google Play and the App Store. You only pay for the services you order.

Can I order a server through the app?

Yes. You choose the plan, the system, the resources and the payment method without leaving the app. After payment, the server is activated in minutes.

Do I need to be a customer already?

No. If you do not have a HostMF account yet, you can create one in the app itself and start ordering right away.

Which phones does the app work on?

On Android phones, through Google Play, and on iPhone with iOS 16.4 or later, through the App Store.

Is the app secure?

Sign-in is done through the official HostMF page, so the app never sees your password. You can lock the app with biometrics or your phone passcode, and sensitive actions, such as shutting down a server, ask for extra confirmation.
